Photos: When you use PicCheck AI, you upload photos for AI analysis. These photos are:

• Processed temporarily by Google's Gemini API to generate humorous content
• Not stored on our servers after processing
• Not shared with third parties beyond the AI processing service

Purchase Information: If you upgrade to PRO, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.

Local Storage: Your roast history is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-generated roasts based on your photos
• To process in-app purchases
• To improve our services

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API: For AI text and audio generation. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy

Data Retention

Photos are processed in real-time and are not retained after generating your roast. Local history on your device persists until you delete the app or clear the data.

Children's Privacy

PicCheck AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

• Delete your local history by clearing app data or uninstalling
• Request information about your data by contacting us
