Use of Service

PicCheck AI provides AI-generated humorous commentary on photos you upload. By using this service, you agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not upload photos containing illegal content
• Not upload photos of minors
• Not use the service to harass or harm others

Content Guidelines

The AI-generated roasts are meant to be humorous and entertaining. We do not guarantee the appropriateness of all generated content. You acknowledge that:

• Roasts are generated by AI and may occasionally be inappropriate
• You are responsible for how you share or use generated content
• We reserve the right to refuse service for policy violations

In-App Purchases

PicCheck AI offers a PRO upgrade for $1.99 (one-time purchase). By making a purchase:

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store
• All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Generated roasts and audio are provided for personal use. The PicCheck AI name, logo, and app design are our property.

Limitation of Liability

PicCheck AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
